The following information is provided to make your attendance at the Australasian Podiatry Conference 2017 in Melbourne as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. If you require assistance throughout the conference, please visit the Registration Desk and we will do everything we can to help you.

Conference venue

The conference will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) on level 1 (near Hilton South Wharf).

Registration and Information Desk
The registration and information desk will be located on level 1 of the MCEC

Badges

Each delegate registered for the conference will receive a name badge at the Registration and Information Desk. This badge will be your official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all sessions, conference catering and social functions. This name badge must be worn during the conference.

Dress

Smart casual attire is appropriate for conference sessions and welcome drinks.

Messages

Messages sent to the conference office will be placed on a notice board near the Registration Desk. Delegates are advised to check the message board at regular intervals.

Mobile Phones & Pagers

Please respect the presenter and other delegates by ensuring that your mobile phone and pagers are on silent while you are in sessions.

Internet Access

Complimentary wi-fi will be available at the MCEC. Further details will be advised at the conference.

Parking

The MCEC currently has car parking for visitors. Charges apply. The closest car parks are directly beneath the MCEC basement car park accessible via Normanby Rd and the South Wharf Retail car park.
